PRIVACY POLICY OF Eyes + Vision MOBILE APP

Eyes + Vision mobile app (hereinafter "the App") provides its service to you according to this Privacy Policy, which may be updated without notice to you (You can review the latest version of this Policy at any time by following the link in the App Settings screen). This Privacy Policy explains which data is collected when you use the App and purposes of using collected data.

The App uses Google AdMob service to show you ads, and Google Firebase service for analytics purposes. When you use the App, these services automatically collect some data, including:

• Information about your device, type of device you use, including information about the device manufacture, device model, device's OS, time zone of device, language of device.
• Information about your use of the App, including the time of using, the features you use, access times and your IP address, which may be used to estimate the general or coarse location of a device, your in-app purchases in the App, events in the App, and App-related crash logs.
• A Device ID such as the permitted device's advertising identifier (such as IDFA or Google Ads ID) or other device identifiers and advertising data which may be used for the purpose of third-party advertising and analytics.

Data is collected for the following purposes:

1. To diagnose problems and improve the App;
2. To send you App-related notices;
3. For the App analytic and statistic;
4. For marketing purpose of the App developer;
5. For relevant advertising and ads analytics.

When you make a purchase in the App, you interact with the official service (App Store or Google Play), which exchanges the necessary data with you and your mobile device to complete the purchase. Subscription validation and handling is performed by the RevenueCat service (www.revenuecat.com).

In the App, when using the "Share with Friends" function, you can choose to interact with other apps, social media and services that are installed on your device and use their services for your identification and data transfer. Data transmissions over the Internet cannot be 100% secure. Consequently, the App cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted by you or your mobile device when using the Аpp with software modules, libraries and services of third parties.
